Regional Box Truck Driver

Piazza Produce, A FreshEdge LLC company, is seeking dedicated Non-CDL Regional Home Daily Box Truck Reefer Drivers. Join us in delivering fresh produce, locally sourced goods, and specialty items to over 150 cities across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Michigan. With our expanding fleet of refrigerated trucks equipped with GPS tracking, we offer reliable backhauling and delivery services for perishable and dry loads. Opportunities for career advancement Perks include free weekly truck washes, protein boxes, daily bonuses, uniform shirts and jackets, and 24/7 dispatch and roadside services Schedule & Route: Home Time: Home daily Schedule: Monday - Saturday (5-6 days per week) Work every Saturday with Sundays and another weekday off Shift: 8-12 hour shifts beginning at 5:00 am Route: Deliveries to over 150 cities in IN, OH & KY Typical routes consist of 15-25 stops per day Deliver 300+ cases daily (includes potential upstairs/downstairs deliveries) Touch Freight: Involves load and unload responsibilities Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs without assistance Use of pallet jacks, 2-wheel dolly, and phone scanner required Equipment: Non-CDL Box Truck Full-Service Lease All trucks are automatic Qualifications: Minimum age: 21 years No specific endorsements required CDL A, B, or C license holders are encouraged to apply for other opportunities within the team! Preferred 1 year commercial driving experience, but not required No DUI/DWI allowed Maximum of 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and a proven safe PSP Score No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and possess knowledge of DOT regulations Ability to pass a required pre-employment drug screening Capabilities to work in various environmental conditions Must reside within a 40-mile radius of Cincinnati, OH, or be willing to relocate.
