Required Skills: Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy, with EPIC electronic medical record systems proficiency Current BLS, NRP, and LA State License certifications Strong knowledge of neuro diagnostics and respiratory procedures Ability to work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holidays Night shift availability (3x12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM) Nice to Have Skills: NICU experience Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS Prior experience with neuro diagnostic equipment and protocols Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related healthcare field At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with neuro and respiratory diagnostics exposure Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems Other Requirements: Night shift availability (3x12-hour shifts) Willingness to travel, if applicable, with travel and licensure reimbursements Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional development This opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $52.26, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, robust referral bonuses, and a supportive 24/7 team dedicated to your success.
