About the position: Deliver effective psychiatric care through telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed. Ensure all patient care adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of your patients without corporate administrative constraints. Collaborate in a growing team environment with fellow therapists and prescribers, forging a strong community of clinical professionals. Participate in regular team meetings with collaborating therapists to discuss patient cases and clinical topics at least once a month. Work from home with flexible hours—choose your schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Engage in clinical conferences held four times a week; attendance at one per week is mandatory for the first 90 days, after which attendance is required monthly. Job Requirements: Active PMHNP license with a willingness to obtain licensure in additional states. Previous experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Strong computer and basic technology skills. Robust clinical background in psychiatry. Extensive knowledge in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments, along with familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exemplary organizational and time management abilities. Salary Range: $70-$100 USD per hour.
