Your Key Responsibilities Employing radiographic and CT technology to generate top-notch diagnostic images for physician assessments. Teaming up with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses. Expertly positioning patients and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal imaging results. Adhering to strict radiation safety protocols for patients and staff. Maintaining accurate records, including imaging logs and essential equipment maintenance. Education and Qualifications A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous. Completion of an accredited radiology program. Necessary Certifications Current ARRT certification in either CT or Radiography. Valid BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire. Valuable Skillset Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and comprehensive safety standards.
