Summer Lifeguard Position

Join American Pool as a Lifeguard for our exciting Summer Season! We're hiring for part-time and full-time roles starting in May and running through mid-September. If you are dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, we encourage you to apply! This seasonal role requires Lifeguards to be vigilant in preventing emergencies and keeping patrons safe. To be a Lifeguard, you must: Be at least 16 years old Have or be willing to obtain Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications Meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, and being able to enter and exit the pool independently. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. Be comfortable in and around water, and be a proficient swimmer Have reliable transportation and attend scheduled in-service training NOTE The responsibilities listed are typical for this position and not all-inclusive.
