Job Summary: We are in search of motivated Registered Nurses to join our outpatient Wound Center team. In this vital role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals dealing with a range of acute and chronic wounds including pressure sores, lower extremity complications, lymphedema, and postoperative wounds. Guided by the Nurse Manager, you will implement the nursing process and evidence-based practices to tailor care plans that meet the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients and their loved ones. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough wound assessments, coordinating care plans, and using critical thinking to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Your leadership and teamwork will be pivotal as you partner with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Qualifications: Current CT RN License Graduate of an accredited nursing program Preferred experience in medical-surgical, home health, or wound care; training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy will be provided to the successful candidate.
