Seize this opportunity now! Key Responsibilities: Operate chemical process equipment for initial scale-ups, process optimization, and production of chemical-based materials in small lots. Ensure adherence to the FDA's current Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines. Execute processing tasks according to established protocols. Make careful observations, accurately record data, and maintain detailed documentation. This is an hourly position involving 12-hour night shifts. Qualifications: High school diploma with a foundational understanding of chemistry and math. Mechanical aptitude coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely handle and transport drum quantities of chemicals. Previous experience in chemical plant or pilot plant operation is highly preferred. Knowledge of chemical hazards, forklift operation, and relevant college coursework in chemistry are advantageous.
