Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for construction? Join us as a Project Manager in Civil Works, where you will take charge of managing various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered financially responsible and meet high-quality standards throughout their lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring Compliance: Oversee that all service providers adhere to company and regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to elevate project outcomes. Cost Control: Conduct thorough assessments and manage all charges related to site design. Project Oversight: Supervise compliance with Civil Works guidelines and project schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Coordination Meetings: Attend progress meetings to maintain alignment with project objectives. Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment through regular inspections and active supervision. Issue Resolution: Swiftly address and resolve any Civil Works issues that arise during the project. Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate site activities, motivating teams to pursue shared project goals. Schedule Management: Spearhead the project schedule and troubleshoot any emerging issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials and work comply with technical specifications and quality standards. Safety Enforcement: Rigorously enforce safety guidelines throughout the Civil Works phase. Inspections and Audits: Conduct pre-inspections and oversee post-construction audits for compliance verification. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress and offer technical guidance to service providers. Material Management: Reject substandard material deliveries and report any onsite performance issues. Design Interpretation: Accurately interpret civil design plans and ensure seamless interface management between disciplines. Team Environment: Create a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on achieving quality results. Material Orders: Efficiently manage material orders and returns. Documentation Updates: Keep all construction documentation up-to-date, including SOW, RFDS, safety guidelines, and QA standards. Civils Acceptance: Review civil acceptance documents and verify daily progress effectively. Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects, particularly with builds exceeding 200 sites. Capability to tackle complex problems through adaptive problem-solving skills. A proven history of independent work and a commitment to driving improvements and changes within projects. This role reports to the Construction Manager III (Lead) or IM Lead.
