Logistics Coordinator Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator, where your primary responsibility will be to enhance our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. In this role, you'll engage in various operational tasks assigned by management, including receiving and unpacking daily shipments, managing merchandise shipping, maintaining backroom organization, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facilities. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy by comparing and verifying merchandise invoices with received items. Manage alterations, layaways, and special orders shipping to Guests using FedEx. Verify freight packing and transfer slips for correctness. Carefully check that all transfers are processed and items match shipments. Present merchandise well when shipping to guests and stores, ensuring proper folding and boxing. Visual Merchandising: Carefully remove pins and plastic from received merchandise. Apply Sensormatic tags to garments in designated locations. Prepare and steam merchandise for display on the sales floor. Support floor projects as needed. Operational Duties: Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and key holidays based on business needs. Stay proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Process freight invoices and store transfers accurately. Maintain organized shipment documentation and address discrepancies promptly. Monitor for security risks and theft prevention. Create FedEx labels for outgoing packages, sorting by transit time. Execute weekly recalls and Returns to Vendors (RTVs). Keep supplies like boxes and tags stocked and organized. Ensure a clean and organized work area. Communicate any policy issues promptly to management. Provide feedback to leadership about merchandise handling. Understand and embody the company's Code of Ethics and policies, contributing positively to team spirit. Engage in special projects and additional duties as needed. Supervisory Role: No supervisory responsibilities are associated with this position.
