Company: Endorsed Job Summary As a key contributor to our Enhanced Community Care Management (ECCM) team, the Lead Analyst in Clinical and Population Health is pivotal in harnessing data-driven insights to identify actionable opportunities that align with the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare: reducing costs, enhancing care quality, improving patient outcomes, and optimizing experiences for both members and providers. Your advanced analytical skills will allow you to aggregate and analyze complex datasets, translating findings into clear recommendations that support our strategic goals. Essential Responsibilities Lead the design, development, execution, and dissemination of impactful clinical and population health analyses, utilizing diverse clinical and administrative data to drive improvements in health outcomes and clinical quality while effectively managing projects through to completion. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders, ensuring analytics are both actionable and aligned with organizational priorities, needs, and resources. Act as a strategic business partner, providing thought leadership and expertise that anticipates stakeholder needs by proposing and executing relevant analyses. Mentor colleagues across the enterprise, sharing technical and subject matter expertise. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. Education Required Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field. Substitutions Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant work experience or 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Master's Degree. Preferred Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field. Experience Required 7 years leading the execution of clinical and population health reporting and analyses. 7 years with coding languages and analytical tools, handling claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data. 5 years of project leadership in complex environments (payer and/or provider preferred). 5 years providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders. Preferred None. Licenses or Certifications Required None. Preferred None. Skills Proven track record of data-driven insights and a passion for using data to address critical questions in clinical care and population health. Strong proficiency in coding languages, relational databases, and advanced analytics methodologies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. In-depth healthcare industry knowledge, including trends related to health insurance and healthcare delivery. Knowledge of organizational dynamics and effective methods to facilitate change. Demonstrated resilience and success in overcoming challenges. Experience with clinical and business processes, capable of identifying improvement opportunities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams driven by shared objectives.
