About the Role: As a Shift Leader, you will be the enthusiastic force behind our team, guiding shifts with passion to uphold Taco Bell's exceptional standards. You will take the lead in addressing customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your leadership will motivate teammates as you coach and develop them toward success. Working closely with our management team, you will be crucial in implementing business initiatives and contributing to the future direction of our restaurant. This position is perfect for someone who flourishes in a fast-paced setting and is eager to take ownership and achieve results. Your Daily Responsibilities: Prioritize customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine Supervise team members in completing Shift Excellence tasks while maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy in all orders Promptly resolve customer complaints while fostering positive relationships Provide regular performance feedback to the GM regarding team members Offer continuous constructive and positive feedback to team members Actively engage in training and development of team members Handle conflicts constructively, collaborating with the GM for resolutions Assist the GM with screening and selecting new team members Support Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times Assist the GM with facility maintenance, ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met Are You the Right Fit? 1 year of experience in restaurant/retail, with 3 months in a leadership role preferred Familiar with cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation is essential Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills are a must Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs. as needed A strong record of attendance and punctuality Ability to operate the cash register and handle transactions Basic math skills required Committed to maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to health and safety protocols A passion for promoting Taco Bell's culture and values Skilled in providing constructive feedback to team members Efficiently execute shift tasks with accuracy Champion equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging Ensure a positive experience for your teammates and customers Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English Work Hard, Play Hard: Competitive pay Medical benefits offered Enjoy discounts, merchandise, and numerous fantastic benefits Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour - $21.50 per hour
