ServiceNow TPRM

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow TPRM for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing the ServiceNow TPRM module to manage the vendor risk lifecycle and ensure compliance. Rate Range: $49/hour to $54/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. ServiceNow TPRM job responsibilities include: Configure and implement the ServiceNow TPRM module to manage the vendor risk lifecycle, including onboarding, assessments, and continuous monitoring. Develop workflows, questionnaires, and scoring models for risk tiering and compliance assessments. Customize and maintain dashboards and reports to track third-party risk posture and remediation progress. Integrate TPRM with internal and external systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub for seamless data exchange. Automate processes using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies to improve efficiency. Collaborate with GRC/IRM teams to align TPRM with enterprise risk and compliance frameworks and provide ongoing support for configurations and performance optimization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration. Strong expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow TPRM module, including workflows, questionnaires, and dashboards.
