Key Responsibilities: Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality, and ideal temperatures for every order. Deliver exceptional customer service. Set a strong example by adhering to company standards, including the Code of Conduct and dress policies. Help develop team members to acquire new skills that prepare them for advancement. Work to maximize sales and profitability. Represent Biscuitville positively in the community. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by engaging with them in the dining room. Assist with operational costs and cash management. Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering. Foster a sense of belonging among employees at Biscuitville. Support crew positions as needed, including Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Prior restaurant management experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation for daily tasks such as errands and bank deposits. Basic computer skills, including email and document management. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical abilities involve bending, reaching, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling, and walking.
