Job Description DUTIES: Collaborate with program and business strategists to ensure compliance with regulations and analyze the financial impact of GHG/CAFE standards on the US light-duty vehicle portfolio. Prepare and present financial analyses for senior leadership team (SLT) reviews, long-term planning, forecasting, budgeting, and governance meetings. Engage with various teams including Operating Finance, Global Product Efficiency, Product Planning, Public Policy, and Controllership to drive financial insights and solutions. Analyze financial impacts related to compliance in the US light-duty product portfolio, enabling informed decision-making during program gate reviews. Work closely with Public Policy and Corporate Development on GHG/CAFE credit contracts and approvals. Coordinate payment or collections associated with contracted transactions with the Treasury department. Advise stakeholders on GHG/CAFE impacts based on evolving regulations affecting product programs. Create and evaluate financial scenarios for long-term compliance in the long-term portfolio. Calculate and project internal credit transaction values for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles. Document compliance costs in reporting systems for budgeting and forecasting activities. Foster collaboration with cross-functional finance teams to enhance processes and identify improvement opportunities. Enhance and maintain Power BI tools for quantifying compliance impacts. Educate finance teams and leadership on the latest regulatory requirements. Hybrid Work Policy: This position requires 3 days in-office work and 2 days remote work. Candidates must be able to report to the local office. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in Oracle HFM, Power BI, KNIME, and SharePoint. Experience in forecasting, long-term planning, and budgeting. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
