Deal Clerk

Description Do you have previous automotive/truck/equipment transaction experience? All Roads in Dundalk, MD has a great opportunity for an Accounting/Deal Clerk. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of deals and related transactions. You will spend your day researching and finalizing the paperwork to complete vehicle sales. This is a full time opportunity with benefits and a competitive hourly rate. Compensation & Schedule: Hourly rate $20-$25 (based on experience), full time Monday-Friday with no weekends or nights. Flexible start time for an 8 hour shift, occasional overtime during month end. Processes deals for new vehicles ensuring transactions are entered accurately. 2. Posts the funding's for deals, and recording customer deposits in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Coordinates with managers where additional follow up is necessary or discrepancies have been identified. 4. Works with the tag & title clerk to ensure tag & title work is completed, and any outstanding items are received. 5. Stays up to date on current developments in title regulations through industry contacts, seminars, and research. 6. Other duties as needed. All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
