Team Shift Supervisor As the Team Shift Supervisor, you play a crucial role in enhancing Guest satisfaction by managing financial controls, overseeing operations, guiding Team Members, and ensuring compliance during your assigned shift. You will be fully accountable for restaurant operations when management is unavailable, operating under the guidance of the General Manager and leading the restaurant team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations including labor and inventory variance during your shifts. Offer clear production direction to Team Members Set a strong example for your team by diligently implementing the shift plan for efficient production. Encourage teamwork through effective delegation to meet Company standards. Inspire Team Members to not only meet but exceed Guest expectations in food quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborate with the team to address Guest feedback and resolve complaints swiftly and professionally. Adhere to all relevant government regulations, Market Policy, food safety requirements, and internal procedures throughout the shift. Proactively report any safety, sanitation, or security violations and propose immediate solutions. Encourage compliance with loss control procedures to create a safe atmosphere for both Guests and Team Members. Complete cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling checklists during your shifts. May perform essential duties as outlined in the Team Member job description. Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance during assigned shifts.
