Your responsibilities will include: Crafting a multi-year strategy for education and training. Designing a future-state learning model leveraging innovative tools such as simulation and AI technology. Establishing standards, governance, and operating models tailored to the virtual care setting. Overseeing the education budget, making strategic investment decisions to enhance clinician readiness and performance. Leading a dedicated team and collaborating closely with clinical leadership to drive the success of educational initiatives. Using data to track measurable outcomes and navigate complex stakeholder environments to meet the organization's evolving clinical needs.
