Aesthetic Nurse Injector

About the Job About the Job: This position will focus primarily on aesthetic treatments such as injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Knowledge and experience are expected. As an Aesthetic RN, you will actively be involved in our patient care processes from consultations, treatment, and follow-up. About the Position:This is a part-time position, around 20 hours a week. We offer a competitive base hourly rate, bonus incentives, and benefits to a well-qualified candidate. Our general business hours of operations are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday, and 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m on Sunday. We have three locations in the Orange County area. Develops fully customized patient beauty plans with integrity. Educate our patients on all services. Continue to update patients' beauty plans. Provide a compassionate and open environment for patients; deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity. Prepares timely, legible, and complete documentation of all client care as provided by law, regulation, and established policy, update patient records, and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Participates in continuing education to improve professional and technical knowledge, skills, and abilities; attends educations workshops, reviewing professional publications, participates in professional societies. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements and office protocols (including but not limited to; JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA). Display compassion for clients; be sympathetic to a client's needs and be able to deal with people in various states of pain, trauma, and tragedy. Possess good judgment and displayed the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, display patience, and provide caregiving. Requirements: 1-4+ years' experience with aesthetic treatments. Must have a car or reliable method of transportation. Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
