Night Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Industrial Maintenance Technician for our operation in Penn Yan, NY. This role demands flexibility for weekend and overtime work as we operate 24/7. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and maintain oversight of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Conduct machine tests and setups, while actively monitoring operations throughout the facility. Schedule: We offer flexible schedules: either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. The training period will be from 7 am to 3 pm for approximately 90 days, followed by shifts from 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd Shift) or 11 pm - 7 am (3rd Shift). The expected compensation ranges from $28 to $36 per hour, depending on prior maintenance experience. Additionally, you can earn a sign-on bonus of $3,000 after 30 days of employment! Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read schematics and drawings. Experience with electrical, electro-mechanical systems or pneumatics is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Must possess reliable transportation and demonstrate safe work habits.
