We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to lead the comprehensive development of Clinical AI Agents from conception to market introduction. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams, including data science, engineering, and UX professionals, to discover new opportunities, define training data needs, navigate the development process, and ensure our AI agents are safe, effective, and beneficial for clinical applications. Your Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management. At least 2 years of experience in developing AI/ML products across different sectors. Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and user engagement metrics. Experience in clinical workflows and regulated healthcare settings is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards in healthcare is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Generative AI and AI frameworks. Demonstrated success in launching new products and achieving market impact. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps focused on creating intuitive, user-friendly features that facilitate AI adoption among clinicians. AI & Emerging Technologies: Keep informed about innovations in NLP, large language models, and generative AI to optimize clinical workflows and achieve quantifiable efficiency improvements. Opportunity Exploration: Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders to identify critical clinical workflows for AI transformation. Concept Development: Translate abstract ideas and unmet needs into specific product concepts, defining problem scopes, success metrics, and technical feasibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data science, engineering, and UX teams to determine agent behavior, training methodologies, and overall user experience. Data Strategy & Acquisition: Lead efforts to create and curate high-quality datasets essential for AI model training, establishing annotation protocols and ensuring comprehensive domain coverage. Model Development Oversight: Supervise the training, tuning, and testing of models to guarantee they meet clinical performance standards and compliance regulations. Testing & Validation: Implement evaluation protocols for agent performance, usability, and clinical safety in real-life environments prior to launch. Product Launch & Delivery: Support planning of launches, documentation, and training initiatives to ensure successful deployment of new features. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure AI agents adhere to industry standards for data privacy, dependability, and transparency. Customer Engagement & Feedback: Cultivate relationships with key customers, gather user feedback, and validate product assumptions for ongoing enhancements. Disclaimer: Certain customer or client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable immunization and occupational health mandates. This position is based in the US, with a salary range from $92,900 to $199,500 per year. Eligible for bonus and equity.
