Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time and Part-Time all shifts - Silver Birch of Mansfield (Opening Spring 2026!) Silver Birch Living is coming to Mansfield! We're opening Silver Birch of Mansfield in Spring 2026 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? We're looking for full and part-time CNAs to join our growing team. What You'll Do Our CNAs provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to our residents making a difference in their health, happiness, and quality of life. Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team Document care and services in the electronic system Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members What You Bring Experience in a healthcare environment, assisted living preferred A high school diploma or GED State of Ohio Nurse Aide Certificate (CNA), in good standing Valid CPR and First Aid certifications, preferred Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Why Join Silver Birch?
