Job Title: Lockbox Specialist - Image Capture (Scanning) Pay Rate: $18.31/hour (W2) Location: College Park, GA - 100% Onsite Work Schedule Primary Schedule: Friday through Monday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Image Capture (Weekend Nights): Thursday through Sunday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM Training Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM Important: No time off will be approved during the first 90 days of employment. Position Summary The Lockbox Specialist - Image Capture is responsible for the accurate scanning, imaging, and processing of customer payment documents received via U.S. mail, overnight delivery, and courier services. This role operates high-speed scanning equipment in a high-volume production environment and ensures compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform daily operation and routine maintenance of OPEX scanning equipment. Scan and image customer documents in accordance with department guidelines and service-level requirements. Extract documents and identify exceptions, including cash, credit card payments, and foreign items. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment errors or malfunctions as needed. Accurately classify and process various document and transaction types, including nested mailers, express envelopes, correspondence-only items, and large-volume transactions. Ensure proper document retention, box proration, and accurate recordkeeping. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a continuous, high-volume production environment. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIP nd PCI standards. Proactively identify and manage operational risk in alignment with the organization's risk framework. Follow all policies, procedures, and security protocols while supporting company values and culture. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods during scanning operations. Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes, trays, and racks weighing up to 25 pounds. Work Environment Fast-paced, production-driven environment with strict accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time expectations. Onsite role requiring consistent attendance and schedule adherence.
