Job Requirements and Essential Functions: Preference for promotion from the Hourly Champion position. Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass background check criteria. Must have reliable transportation. Able to perform basic business math. Able to stock shelves and coolers effectively. Able to supervise and manage Team Members while providing clear direction. Able to maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors and handling trash as needed. Able to ensure the parking lot and surrounding grounds are clean and well-kept. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 90% of the shift.
