Sanitation Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE Join our team as a Sanitation Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests and team members enjoy clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Deliver impeccably clean and sanitized utensils and equipment in line with our high standards. Ensure a steady supply of sanitized dishes and cookware is available as required. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine on a daily basis. Maintain a pristine service area and kitchen throughout your shift. Assist with prep work and contribute to the overall presentation of the venue. Proactively identify and resolve any dishwasher machine issues. Keep supervisors informed about any significant issues and suggest solutions. Carry out all duties efficiently, aligned with company policies to achieve overall objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment with all team members. Represent the TGI Fridays brand positively, supporting its aims and initiatives. MEASURES OF SUCCESS Achieve exceptional Ecosure results that meet or exceed company standards. Consistently fulfill the role's responsibilities effectively. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Ability to juggle multiple tasks while adhering to operational standards. Commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction in all aspects of work. Follow stringent handling and sanitation procedures to prevent breakage. Capability to frequently lift and carry up to 70 lbs, and place items on high shelves. Flexibility to frequently bend, stoop, and move throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot, and damp environment. Effective communication skills to relay information to fellow cooks and team members. Able to listen and act on requests amid a dynamic kitchen atmosphere.
