Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire. Current certification must be maintained throughout employment.
