In this role, you will contribute to building the industry's leading event orchestration and automation capabilities within the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Our vision is a world where AI-augmented software developers can build applications 10x faster and with reliable, autonomous operation. As a part of the AIOps product team, your focus will be on service topology mapping, data enrichment, search and visualization in our Operations Console. Key Responsibilities Investigate customer needs and define a strategic roadmap for AIOps that aligns with business goals and technical feasibility. Integrate seamlessly with our broader Operations Cloud vision to differentiate our products competitively. Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver impactful features that meet critical customer needs. Promote a product-led growth mindset to enhance customer value and drive product adoption. Establish partnerships within our integration ecosystem to maximize utility and revenue growth. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience within the B2B SaaS ecosystem. Experience with API-first development practices to effectively structure product requirements. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and usability testing to inform roadmap decisions. Strong track record of fostering positive relationships with engineering and design teams. Experience in marketing and sales collaboration to successfully launch new products and drive growth. Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse audiences and lead through influence. A strong drive for success and a natural curiosity about learning new things. Proficiency in analytics tools and experience in data-driven decision-making. Strong customer empathy and a drive to understand their needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, ML, or Data Science concepts. Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools. A bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, computer science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. The salary range for this position is between 161,000 and 271,000 USD. This role may also qualify for bonuses, commissions, equity, and various benefits. Our work environment is hybrid, with offices in San Francisco, Atlanta, and Toronto.
