Summary As a Shift Supervisor at Papa John's, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly by delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will help us achieve restaurant profitability while overseeing daily operations and adhering to Company policies and ethical standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Exemplify operational excellence by producing high-quality products and ensuring customer orders are accurate and meet Papa John's standards. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, using insights to enhance restaurant operations. Lead a dedicated team to maintain optimal staffing levels based on expected sales, train staff to deliver excellent customer service, and foster a culture of teamwork and positivity. Drive sales growth through friendly and efficient customer service; enhance team member sales techniques to increase check averages. Support profit goals by effectively managing resources within Company guidelines, handling cash management tasks, and maintaining inventory levels to minimize loss while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED. Consistent and stable work history. Physical Demands A Shift Supervisor must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and perform various physical tasks, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly, with the occasional requirement to push/pull or lift heavier items. Work Environment Work occurs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, moving machinery, and various temperature levels. Additional Information Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is required. Flexible availability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, is essential. Able to fulfill responsibilities of all restaurant positions, including pizza delivery as needed. Capable of leading shifts independently. Bilingual abilities beneficial in certain markets. Comfortable using phones, computers, and standard office equipment. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Employment may be contingent upon passing a background check.
