KPMG is eager to find a Manager, Payroll & Workforce Management Solutions for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities: Lead Payroll and/or Workforce Transformation projects and teams focusing on optimization, strategy, organizational design, sourcing, and implementation support. Collaborate with client stakeholders to document and assess current state Payroll and/or Time & Attendance Service Delivery operations; manage day-to-day Payroll and/or Time & Attendance advisory engagements, ensuring effective process design and implementation support. Evaluate business processes, systems, and outsourcing arrangements while providing expert advice on Payroll and/or Time & Attendance Transformation. Identify and communicate critical findings to senior management and client personnel, leveraging your technical and industry knowledge to solve complex client issues. Establish long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking within professional organizations. Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses; actively participate in the development and enhancement of methodologies and intellectual capital. Maintain integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's commitment to a respectful work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience with domestic and/or Global Payroll and Time and Attendance processes, either as a practitioner or through advisory services within a major consulting firm. Five years of experience with cloud-based Payroll and/or Time and Attendance and Workforce Management technologies (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, Workforce Software). Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent is a plus. Demonstrated experience in leading Payroll and Workforce Management transformation projects, including process improvement and change management. Proven expertise in project planning, requirements gathering, design sessions, and full deployment life cycles, with a strong grasp of Payroll and/or Time and Attendance functions and leading practices. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Willingness to travel as necessary.
