Scrum Master

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant-leadership practices. Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives. Ability to remove impediments and improve team productivity and collaboration. Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and reporting. Certification preferred: CSM, PSM, or equivalent. Roles & Responsibilities Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices to ensure effective delivery of business goals. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles. Work with the Product Owner to help maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted team progress. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions. Track and report Agile metrics to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ownership within the team. Support team members in adopting Agile mindsets and self-organizing behaviors. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching. Base Salary Range: $100,000- $110,000 per annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
