Responsibilities: Create eye-catching digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, and advertisements. Produce engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content for our website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media. Write captivating copy to complement visual content, maintaining consistency with our brand voice. Design and manage monthly content calendars, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with larger campaigns. Plan, draft, and schedule content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Conduct research to generate fresh, innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audiences. Stay updated on social media trends, analyze engagement data, and refine content strategies for improved performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials achieve company objectives and deliver outstanding results. Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and provide input on creative strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing. Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to target content for diverse audiences and platforms. Experience managing social media platforms and planning content calendars. Strong understanding of brand development and visual communication principles. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic remote work environment.
