We are currently seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the Front of House and Back of House operations. In this role, you will ensure that our standards for food and service excellence are consistently met. If you have prior experience in restaurant management and a keen eye for detail, apply today! Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage hourly employees, conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and discipline as necessary. Review applications, interview candidates, and make recommendations for hiring new hourly staff. Direct work assignments for employees, including setting schedules and delegating tasks before, during, and after restaurant hours. Drive sales, aspiring to meet guest satisfaction and operational performance goals. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for both Front of House and Back of House staff. Oversee food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to established recipes and quality standards. Conduct formal line Taste & Temps to maintain food safety standards. Implement security procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Manage inventory for food, supplies, and liquor through weekly audits.
