Role Description Lithko Contracting is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders. This role is a trusted partner to executives, responsible for managing complex schedules, communications, and logistics while also supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects that drive business priorities forward. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Charleston, SC. The executives supported may evolve over time based on business needs, leadership changes, workload demands, and alignment of working styles. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound deductive reasoning, and the ability to quickly assess situations, connect the dots, and adjust support strategies as priorities and dynamics change. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars and inboxes for multiple executives, prioritizing requests, anticipating conflicts, and protecting executive time Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating with professionalism, discretion, and clarity Plan and coordinate travel, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless logistics and cost-effective execution Create, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Support executive priorities through project management, including tracking deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups across teams Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and administrative processes Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information Support select personal administrative needs for executives, as appropriate, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level or executive leadership, ideally in a multi-executive support model Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, complex schedules, and shifting demands with confidence and professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and appropriately across all levels of the organization Proven deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills; able to assess situations, anticipate needs, and take action without waiting for direction Experience with project coordination/management including tracking deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office environment and adapt as executive support needs evolve Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or comparable tools), with strong calendar and inbox management capabilities Professional presence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with executives and peers Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
