Revenue Operations Specialist

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is experiencing growth and is on the lookout for a talented Revenue Operations Specialist to enhance our commercial organization. We need someone who is skilled in optimizing sales processes and implementing data-driven solutions. The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting our revenue teams by thoroughly analyzing aspects of lead generation, prospecting, deal flow, and our revenue pipeline. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Analytics. Preferred Location This position is remote and open to candidates across the continental United States, with a preference for applicants located in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel Requirements Occasional travel may be necessary for team meetings, but it is expected to be less than 5% of the time. Essential Functions Support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Leadership in leveraging our data primarily housed in our CRM (Salesforce) to enhance sales strategy execution. Analyze lead and opportunity assignment processes to ensure alignment between sales professionals and their best opportunities. Create sales and revenue forecasts through pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and crucial sales performance indicators. Organize and analyze data to generate insights that improve sales productivity. Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee business data and reporting are completely synchronized across our Go-To-Market teams. Troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting as necessary. Conduct significant analyses with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills 3+ years in SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations at a leading technology company. Proficient with Salesforce object and reporting structures. Intermediate skills in Excel functions and modeling. Experience with Business Intelligence tools. Outstanding analytical abilities, capable of presenting data to cross-functional teams and executives. Exceptional organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ object and reporting structures. Experience in developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Quick Sight.
