Coverage Location: Mercy St. Vincent, Mercy St. Anne, Mercy St. Charles, Mercy Perrysburg (Provider will be receiving privileges for ALL locations listed) Dates of Coverage: 10 days/month covering over two weekend. January-April then TBD Reason for Coverage: Open position. Training new hire Practice Setting: Office hours inpatient post op floor and ICU care Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 8:00 -4:00 M-F Call Schedule: 10 days of call/month Call Ratio: 1:3 Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12 Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Physician will round daily and be available 24/7 by phone Required Duties: Suture Removal, Diagnose Illnesses, Treat Illnesses, Order Tests, Interpret Tests, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care, Rounding, Pre-Op Physical Exams Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Adult/geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days if file is clean. will try to expedite
