What We're Looking For: Documented project leadership experience with a proven capability to manage multiple projects and decentralized teams. Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a motivated, proactive mindset. Knowledge of RWD/RWE methodologies, data privacy principles, and drug development processes. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and lead with autonomy. Preferred Experience: In-depth knowledge in RWD/RWE, commercial experience, and familiarity with late-phase clinical research. Understanding of RWD platforms, project management systems, and GCP environments.
