Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged and supported. Certifications Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
