Job Summary As an Outside ISV Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business through engaging Integrated Payments presentations, both in-person and via phone. You'll have the opportunity to close deals efficiently in a dynamic sales environment while collaborating closely with your District Manager. Your main activities will include managing leads from partners, facilitating a smooth sales process, and maintaining open communication with your District Sales Manager. Job Duties Drive sales of our robust business solutions to merchants within your territory. Collaborate closely with your District Manager to set appointments with business owners based on leads from ISV Partners. Conduct needs analysis and present tailored integrated payment solutions to secure business from small to mid-sized enterprises. During your onboarding phase, benefit from hands-on guidance and support from your District Manager on our fast-paced sales process and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Atlas. Additional Responsibilities Convert leads from ISV partners and self-sourced opportunities into sales. Maintain client records diligently in our CRM systems, following company policies. Meet production targets, including initial appointment scheduling, to ensure success. Stay informed about our product offerings and changes within the ISV partner landscape. Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with your manager. Explore additional responsibilities as they arise. Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age. A valid driver's license for regular client visits is essential. Reside in proximity to San Francisco, CA. Be prepared to work in the field at least 75% of the time. Desired Skills & Capabilities Exceptional prospecting, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; being coachable is crucial. Effective pipeline management abilities. Driven sales professional with a passion for closing deals. Professional demeanor coupled with strong integrity. Proactive and high-energy; enjoys engaging with prospects face-to-face. Familiarity with the Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries is advantageous. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in a B2B Sales environment. Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
