Join Our Dynamic Team as an Organizational Change Management Intern! Are you passionate about change management and looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment? As an Organizational Change Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's change initiatives and assisting with various operational projects. Your contributions will help shape the way we adapt to change, making a positive impact on our organization. Key Responsibilities: Support Change Initiatives: Collaborate with senior team members to apply change management frameworks and tools effectively. Impact & Readiness Analysis: Assist in gathering data for impact assessments and readiness evaluations to ensure successful transitions. Communications & Training: Help draft engaging communication materials and prepare training content, while scheduling and coordinating sessions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain well-organized records of change activities and contribute to the preparation of progress reports. Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and support project managers with administrative tasks related to change management. Research & Best Practices: Explore industry trends and innovations, sharing insights to enhance our processes. Minimum Requirements: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a related field. Completion of at least two years of coursework. Proficiency in standard computer applications such as Outlook, MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: Interest in change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Familiarity with HR technologies or enterprise systems is a plus. Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from $21.32 to $31.27, based on various factors.
