Job Description Oversee all phases of tenant improvement, retail, and commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Develop and track project schedules, cost reports, change orders, and billing processes to ensure financial accuracy. Lead regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project life cycle. Enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant job site. Anticipate and address potential risks early to keep projects on track and within scope. Provide guidance and support to project engineers, superintendents, and field teams to promote growth and performance.
