The salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on your experience and a full-time schedule. We ensure adherence to state and local wage laws, guaranteeing competitive compensation at or above the applicable minimum wage. You may need to travel locally within the MyEyeDr. regions on the same day. Qualifications for the Optometrist (OD) Role: Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited institution is required. A current license in good standing to practice Optometry in the relevant state is necessary before employment begins. National Provider Identification (NPI) number required. TPA License is essential. Prior experience in clinical optometry, whether in retail, educational, or medical settings, is a plus; we welcome all applicants. The position requires effective communication skills, proficiency with necessary equipment, and the ability to move around the office. The Optometrist (OD) will assess patients’ vision and health care needs, document findings, and discuss personalized care plans with patients. Collaborating closely with our office team, you will provide compassionate, tailored care to ensure each visit is memorable and exceeds patient expectations.
