The Flight Offers team is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of key enterprise initiatives to modernize and rethink how we merchandize Delta's flight products. In this role, you will solve complex problems to shape the future of how Delta sells and prices our flight offers and ensure that the right products and bundles are available for customers in their platform of choice. We manage the business rules that interpret products for merchandising and fulfillment implications, and we develop rule engines that support today's needs while anticipating future strategies and market conditions. You will work closely with the systems that create, manage, and distribute Delta's flight offers to customers worldwide. These systems include ITA's BBX, Shopping API, and Reshop API - critical components that enable shopping and change scenarios across all channels. As Delta continues its journey to become a world-class retailer, this role is central to enabling dynamic, personalized, and reliable offers that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: Leading the design and delivery of solutions that power thefuture of merchandising experiences across all channels Understand the asks of enterprise initiatives andtranslate this into technical requirements. Collaborate with the product ownersin the Offer space to shape the end to end requirements for the capability,identify dependencies and define the roadmap to deliver. Owning the orchestration of new pricing capabilities inthe direct shopping channels and third party channels Building strong partnerships with stakeholders acrossRevenue Management, Digital, IT, and external vendors Collaborate with other agile development teams, bothupstream and downstream, to identify dependencies required to deliver the Offerroadmap. Communicate progress against development roadmap toleaders and stakeholders. Ensuring system reliability and scalability to supportDelta's 24/7 global operations We are looking for candidates who exhibit curiosity, aremotivated to solve challenging problems, and can think creatively to identifysolutions. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing tochallenge the status quo Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify solutions, anddeliver results in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship-building skills across Commercial,Revenue Management, IT, and vendor teams Experience with complex business processes and systemintegrations Ability to develop and own end-to-end solutions incollaboration with IT and data teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, withthe ability to influence at all levels Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceedingdeadlines with attention to detail and follow through. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be performing satisfactorily in current position Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Bachelor's Degree with at least 5+ years of relevant workexperience Working knowledge of airline retailing and pricing, offermanagement, and distribution systems Experience managing multiple projects and makingwell-informed priority decisions Familiarity with APIs, merchandising strategies, andrule-based engines Experience working in an Agile environment as a ProductOwner.
