Your Role at NTT DATA We are searching for a seasoned P&C Insurance Advisory Leader to drive transformative advisory projects with top-tier Property & Casualty (P&C) insurers. You will collaborate closely with Chief Operating Officers (COOs), Chief Underwriting Officers (CUOs), and Chief Claims Officers (CCOs) to navigate complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to executives in leading P&C insurance firms, fostering strong relationships. Identify and articulate key business challenges in underwriting, claims, and operations. Transform strategic objectives into practical consulting roadmaps and initiatives. Business Consulting & Solution Leadership Lead initiatives focused on enhancing P&C operational efficiency, digital transformation, and claims and underwriting innovations. Spot areas for improvement in operational processes, automation, AI/analytics capabilities, and customer experience. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions throughout the insurance value chain. Practice Development Contribute to creating thought leadership, frameworks, and tools to bolster our P&C advisory services. Formulate go-to-market strategies and lead proposal efforts for potential clients. Mentor and develop junior consultants, shaping the future of our insurance advisory team. Industry Thought Leadership Represent NTT DATA at industry conferences and forums, while also publishing insights on emerging trends in P&C insurance. Stay current on InsurTech innovations, regulatory transformations, and evolving risk landscapes. Essential Knowledge and Attributes: Strategic insight paired with solid execution capabilities. Deep understanding of insurance business models and offerings. Proficiency in strategy development, market assessment, and planning. A unique blend of visionary thinking and practical execution—combining strategic marketing abilities with tactical application. Skill in developing processes and implementing market strategies that deliver proven results. Establish trust and responsive professional relationships with clients. Ability to lead and build cohesive, collaborative teams through effective coaching and mentoring. Strong ethical standards and integrity in business dealings. Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and time management skills. A relentless drive for results through solution-oriented decision-making. Academic and Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related discipline (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). Required Experience: Over 10 years of progressive experience in P&C insurance with a robust blend of consulting and industry practice. Demonstrated experience working with COOs, CUOs, and CCOs. Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance operations, underwriting, and claims practices. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with current insurance technology platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, AI/ML tools). Expertise in operational benchmarking, cost transformation, and redesigning service models. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements effectively. NTT DATA offers a competitive compensation range for this position, estimated between $225K - $275K plus variable bonus. This range represents the minimum and maximum target compensation across all U.S. locations, contingent upon individual experience, skills, and other qualifications.
