As an integral member of our SAP Customer team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will engage in identifying client requirements, implementing advanced CRM software solutions, and offering essential training and support to ensure smooth integration and application of SAP CRM tools. Your contributions will directly enhance clients' customer relationship management processes, boost customer satisfaction, and align with their strategic goals. The Opportunity As a member of the SAP Consulting team, you will demonstrate your ability to collaborate with clients' business and IT teams to understand key business objectives and translate them into effective SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions. In this Senior Associate capacity, you will analyze complex challenges, mentor junior team members, and maintain high standards in all deliverables. Your focus will encompass building strong client relationships, developing an extensive understanding of the business landscape, and expertly managing intricate scenarios. Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their business goals. Convert those goals into actionable SAP BRIM solutions. Analyze and resolve complex challenges with confidence. Mentor and support junior team members for their professional development. Ensure exceptional quality in all deliverables. Build and maintain robust client relationships. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business context. Navigate and manage complex situations effectively. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart: Demonstrated success in eCommerce/multichannel commerce consulting. Expertise in SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing) solutions. Experience in defining project scope and implementation strategies. Proficiency in hybris application-based solutions. Understanding of technology, automotive, and retail sector challenges. Track record of leading technical development efforts. Proficient in designing and deploying hybris solutions. Ability to evaluate new support processes and tools. Collaborative experience with Technical, Solution, Sales, and Pricing teams. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, with actual compensation depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Annual discretionary bonuses are also available.
