Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist with expertise in JOC projects. If you have a strong background in commercial building construction and are ready to lead exciting projects, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities of the Project Management Specialist Collaborate with the Project Executive to establish contracts/P.O.s, oversee required testing/inspections, manage submittals/samples, create subcontractor/supplier lists, and design the project schedule. Work closely with the Estimator to manage the project budget and scope, proactively identifying potential issues such as critical items and special hazards. Execute owner contracts as necessary and confirm all quantities with the Estimator. Review returned subcontracts prior to signing. Conduct thorough reviews with the field superintendent regarding plans and specifications across various elements like layout/dimensions, scopes of work, testing/inspection reports, permits, daily logs, and project schedules. Minimum Qualifications A degree in Construction Management, Construction/Civil Engineering, or Architecture is strongly preferred. At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Building Construction. Proficient in technology tools such as Sage, ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Smart Bid. A strong safety-first mindset.
