As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Bella Terra Lombard by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; C.P.R. Certification; Five (5) years of R.N. experience; Infection Prevention experience; Prior experience managing a nursing department.
