Title: Senior Code Inspector for Senior Living Facilities Job Type: Part-time and Independent Contractor Join us as a Senior Code Inspector and make a difference in the quality of senior care facilities. We are actively looking for a dedicated professional to conduct Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for senior living properties. Responsibilities: Schedule and perform comprehensive on-site inspections of new construction and rehabilitated senior living properties following OHP guidelines. Assess living units for adherence to HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) to ensure safety and comfort. Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation in line with HUD and OHP requirements, maintaining high standards for our clients. Qualifications: Must be willing to travel to various inspection sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. Possess an ICC certification, an engineering license, or an architectural license OR Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily housing inspections. A minimum of 2 years of experience in inspections for HUD or other governmental agencies in multifamily housing is required. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay of $40 - $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time team members enjoy health, dental, and vision insurance. All employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with a 5% company match after 90 days of service.
