What You'll Be Doing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial and commercial projects (cold storage, distribution centers, warehouses, etc.). Review architectural and engineering drawings, scopes of work, and subcontractor/vendor bids. Assist in value engineering, preconstruction planning, and budgeting. #IND1 Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients throughout the preconstruction phase. Maintain estimating databases and historical cost data. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in estimating for commercial/industrial construction projects. Light industrial and excavation estimating experience is required. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. Background with design-build projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scopes, and systems. Experience with estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar). Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
