Unarmed Security Officer

Unarmed Security Officer Join our team as an Unarmed Security Officer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, personnel, customers, and visitors. You will be directly supervised by the Account Manager or Branch Manager to uphold top-notch security standards at various sites. Key Responsibilities: Safeguard the interests of the client while ensuring a secure environment for employees and visitors. Monitor activities on-site, promptly reporting any signs of crime or disorder and investigating disturbances. Document daily observations and prepare reports as instructed, submitting them to the designated contacts. Conduct regular patrols as outlined in the post orders to maintain visibility and security. Control access to the property according to established protocols, ensuring only authorized individuals enter. In case of emergencies, notify the appropriate authorities as specified in the post orders. Report violations of company policy and local or federal laws as guided by the Employee Handbook. Additional Expectations: Ability to stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work additional hours as required. Willingness to undertake additional client-specific duties as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Commitment to fostering a safe environment for colleagues, clients, vendors, and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with the public effectively and tactfully. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 21 years of age. Clean criminal background is mandatory. Ability to acquire state-required licensing. Physical capability to fulfill job duties efficiently. Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods. Capacity to lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
