Job Description Join Oracle's dynamic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Product Strategy team as an innovative Product Manager for AI Tools. In this key role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of internal AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Your expertise will be essential in merging SCM business insights with advanced technical skills to deliver impactful AI products that support fast, informed decision-making. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership to design and launch intelligent agents and applications that streamline processes, provide actionable insights, and improve productivity. We are looking for a candidate with a solid blend of technical acumen in AI product development, strong prompt engineering skills, and deep knowledge of SCM areas such as planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, product lifecycle management (PLM), and order management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Over 4 years of product management experience in enterprise software or supply chain technology. At least 2 years of experience in designing, building, or managing AI or data-driven applications, including prompt engineering for large language models. Strong functional expertise in one or more SCM domains (e.g., planning, procurement, logistics, inventory). Proven track record of delivering agent-based or AI-driven products from conception to launch, including defining vision, requirements, and success metrics. Technical understanding of AI technologies, including proficiency in developing internal tools, applications, or automations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Oracle's SCM Cloud products, data structures, and business workflows. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, LLM APIs, or agent orchestration platforms. Background in process automation and promoting the adoption of new technologies across organizations. Understanding of open-source AI, cloud platforms, and API integration methodologies. Customer-focused mentality with the ability to relate to both technical and business users. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Include: Engaging with SCM strategy leads to identify business challenges and transform them into actionable AI use cases and tooling needs. Developing the product vision and roadmap for internal AI tools to align with the broader SCM product strategy. Collecting, managing, and prioritizing product requirements and features in partnership with stakeholders across SCM, engineering, and IT. Taking the lead in designing, prompting, and building generative AI agents and applications for internal purposes; continuously iterating based on user feedback. Translating business needs into effective technical solutions through close collaboration with engineering teams on architecture and implementation. Driving inter-team initiatives to ensure the adoption of tools while measuring and managing business performance, user experience, and continuous enhancement of AI products. Creating user enabling content and providing training, demos, and support to facilitate tool adoption and maximize impact. Staying updated on industry trends in AI/ML and SCM; conducting continuous market and competitive analysis to refine solutions and strengthen Oracle's position in the market. Promoting the success and usage of AI tools internally and externally, positioning yourself as a thought leader within Oracle.
