Company: enGen Job Description: JOB SUMMARY Candidate must be US Citizen, OnShore (due to contractual/access requirements) We are seeking a talented and experienced Application Developer with a deep expertise in Informatica technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the Informatica suite, including Informatica IDMC, Informatica SaaS MDM, Informatica CDI & CAI, and Informatica REF360. Proficiency in on-premise Informatica tools such as IDQ, MDM, and PowerCenter (PC) is essential. The role requires significant experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles, including direct involvement in MDM match rule development while collaborating with data owners and stewards on data quality initiatives. Pittsburgh Location Requirement Candidates residing within 50 miles of Pittsburgh or Camp Hill campuses will be expected to work on-site from Tuesday to Thursday; otherwise, remote work options are available. This position leads the development of complex application services in both project team settings and application support roles. Developers will engage in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing strategic solutions that align with Highmark IT standards. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive application support to maintain complex systems that meet customer expectations for service levels, system availability, performance, and quality. This role also offers opportunities to mentor and guide less experienced team members. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of sophisticated application enhancements while ensuring ongoing production support with minimal defects. Engage in the full system development life cycle in accordance with current Highmark SDLC standards. Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to gather business requirements that drive quality technical solutions, focusing on innovative answers to complex business needs. Deliver necessary technical support, including release implementations and on-call 24x7 support when required. Ensure adherence to all Highmark and Highmark IT standards, policies, and procedures. Actively contribute in various project team roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager, based on your experience level. Communicate clearly with team members, customers, and management, assisting with technical walkthroughs, status updates, vendor solution facilitation, and producing comprehensive documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
